OH YEAH BABY...that would be CUPID WINGS! And of COURSE those wings are covered with Sugar Sparkly Fluff. The house is from a set called New Digs. Isn't it the most adorable little house EVER!
I added Red Spica Glitter Pen to the hearts and covered them with Crystal Lacquer. The bow has Clear Glaze Pen on it.
This card cracks me UP! Maybe I should hang a little "do not disturb" sign on the doorknob?
