Isnt' she sweet :) All the new stamp sets are so CUTE! I stamped the image on a large white cardstock panel. Then, I cut out a mask and put it over the image to airbrush the background.
Spectrum Noir Markers:
- Airbrushed background - BT7
- Skin - TN3, FS4, FS2, CR2
- Hair - GB7, TN2, TN3, TN7
- Eyes - IB3
- Tub - IG6, IG5, IG3, IG1
- Pinks - PP1, PP3, IG3, IG1
- Outlining and Ground - IG3, IG1
I used the Cottage Lace border to diecut Pink Pearl Shimmering Cardstock and then added little black rhinestones in the center of each scallop. I added a strip of washi tape before adhering the sentiment strip - which I stamped with light pink ink several times to make the strip. I love using sentiments in ways that are more than just the average normal stamped sentiment. Everything is mounted on a piece of Black Pearl Shimmering Cardstock that is cut to 7 1/4" x 7 1/4", which I then adhered to a white cardbase.
For added dimension, I stamped the image again on another piece of white cardstock - colored the tub - then fussy cut it out. I also cut out the big cluster of bubbles, separate from the tub. The tub is mounted with foam adhesive. The bubble piece is partially popped up (bottom is glued down flat, top area has foam tape underneath to raise it up just a bit for dimension.
It's hard to see in the picture, but I added added crystal glitter on the soap bubbles, then crystal lacquer on top. While the glaze was still wet, I added a few clear rainstones and then sprinkled on white pearl glitter. It created a nice "soap suds" look. On her eyelashes and the mascara brush, I added black microfine glitter. The inside of the card is also decorated :)
