Check out the puff ball fringe across the top!!!!! Don't know if that's what ya call it?? Works for me. LOL! I figure I better use it or loose it!
I covered the black strip with 1/4" Scor-Tape and then covered it with Black Glitter. SUPER easy way to add glitter...'specially when it's in a straight line.
