Coloring Vellum Daisies

Hey everyone! Here's a Spectrum Noir Marker Technique you don't wanna miss! No stamping on this project...just embossing, coloring & die cutting. I'm sure you have all the supplies you need to give it a try :)

There's a Video Tutorial over on the Spectrum Noir Blog showing how to do this. Click HERE to watch. FYI...the video is less than 5 minutes long.

Basically...all ya do is emboss a piece of vellum with an embossing folder, color with markers -- on the side that will be face down, then adhere to piece of white cardstock. The results are absolutely beautiful!

I mat the flower panel on a piece of Crafter's Companion New Black Pearl Shimmering Cardstock. The sentiment is die-cut from it too. It's the perfect thickness for even the most delicate die cutting pieces. Best of all...the shimmer is build right in the paper...on BOTH sides! No need for glitter or shimmer paints.

I also want to mention that there's a TON of great tutorials and videos using Spectrum Noir Products on their blog. What a great resource! Full of information and inspiration. Check it out...and leave a comment to let 'em know you stopped by.

See you later!
