I used a new set called Tick Tock to make this fun and funky neon card. It's just full of happy!
My design idea is a spin off of a cityscape. Can you see it? I used the "hello" clock image as if it were a speech bubble. FUN! I also used a curvy die from the Borders 1 Dies set to create the curves at the top.
From this angle you can see the shine of the silver ink. Soooo cool!!! The silver and neon inks really bring these images to life...don't 'cha think?!!

This card is SO clever! I love all the neon colors and the watchband cityscape is fantastic, and that curved border, matted in black looks fab (like a hill) against the blue "sky." What a great card!
