I colored the image with Copic marker. The sentiment was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo. In the close-up pic, you can see I added glitter to the shamrocks. I added glaze pen on the headband, glasses, lips, "kiss me", belt and beads.

This girl cracks me up - makes me grin from ear to ear! But of course it's your amazing coloring that brings her to life. I could totally hang out with her, though - she's got STYLE! LOL
