Let me explain. I LOVE to stamp (who doesn't...right? LOL) Truth is...I love doing many crafty things. Beading was something I started when I was real young. I remember my dad taking me to some really cool bead shops. Can you believe I still have some of those beads from way back then! Like over 30 years ago! WOW! OK....I think I just freaked myself out on that one! ha ha. Didn't realize it was soooo long ago...and how OLD I am getting. aacckk!! I'M A GRANDMA!! (that "G"word really hurts ya know!)
Last week I was over there on Splitcoaststampers doing what we all do best over there -- chatting, creating, sharing and having fun. There were several of us on a forum anxiously waiting for a GinaK party to start. I mentioned that I went to a big sale at a bead store earlier that day. Well...sweet little miss Linsey (aka scrapperLinsey) noticed my beading comment and sent me a cute beading-related bookmark. :) Not only did she send the bookmark (very humorous - fitting for me) but an AWESOME card too! HOW SWEET IS THAT!!
Thanks Linsey! You made my day =)
Check out Linsey's blog Outside The Lines and her SCS Gallery. She has awesome creations.

What a cute gift! I have never gotten into beading. I figure that I have enough on my plate with stamping lol!
Oh you're fruit card looks so yummy. I was just thinking how much I'd like some sorbet to get me out of my slump.

"I'll sure miss him" very funny !
Totally cute stuff! Love that bookmark and the card is so sweet and fun! I do my own jewelry too -- I want so much of it (HA) that I can't afford to buy it so I have about 50 bracelets - one for each color I wear and a few more...lol
Great gift!!!
Look at you and all your cute ideas!! Go girl!!
