Destinations Spirit of Adventure

Have you had a chance to see the NEW Destinations Collection that was released over at Crafter's Companion USA? Magnaficient images, sentiments and a Papercrafting Twin CD-ROM! THUD!

Here's a card I made using the new Spirit of Adventure stamp set along with some of the printed digital papers and elements.

This looks like several layers of designer papers, but it's only 3 panels. Just wait till you see all the goodies on the Destinations Papercrafting CD-ROM. Thousands! All I did was print, trim, ink the edges and add glitter to the base layer. No hoarding these beautiful designer papers. Go ahead and cut 'em up. Yeah...YOU know what I'm talkin' about...
  Just print more. ;)

The image and sentiment are stamped on white cardstock, then colored with Spectrum Noir Markers and Blendable Colored Pencils

Skin
   Markers: FS2, FS4, TN2
   Pencils: 003, 117
Wings
   Markers: TB1, BT8, BT1, JG1, BT5
   Pencils: 071, 001
Banner and Dress
   Markers: EB1, EB2, BG1, Blender
   Pencils: 112, 117, 001
Hair
   Markers: TN6, TN3

To add sparkle and shimmer on the wings, I added crystal glitter and painted on some Sheer Shimmer Spritz. I also stamped and colored the banner again, cut it out and adhered the ends flat - popping up the center area with foam adhesive. It's a bit time consuming...but the dimension it gives is so worth it!
