I colored with Copic markers and then covered with Glossy Accents. The coffee mug is cut out and popped up on foam adhesive. I also decided to "salt" the rim of the coffee mug with black glitter!
Let the java drinkin' festivities begin!
I had so much fun making my first card...I decided to make another!
This one can be used for any occasion. No layers on this card and I colored with Tombow Markers. Why Tombow??? Because the Copic markers bleed through my cardstock...and I don't like to see that on the inside of my cards.
You can find the Chili Cheers digi image HERE. It's only 2 bucks! Awesome...I KNOW!!!
You can find several other Southwestern images HERE. Beware...they're addicting!
Some of the supplies used on my cards:
Digi Stamp - Fresh Brewed Designs Chili Cheers
Sentiment Stamps - Paper Smooches Vegatastic and Close to My Heart May Word Puzzle
Markers - Copic and Tombow
Cardstock - A Muse Studio

What a fun card! Love how he's glazed. Maybe it's a result of the holiday or the drink he's holding? :) I

WOW Lori he is just so very CUTE!!! I love that you glazed him!!! Wonderful card!!!
HEHEHE!!! This post made me giggle. I love all of your little emoticons and these cards are PEPPER PERFECTION! ;) Love the mug and the gloss over him. LOVE the chevron paper and the trim you chose. So festive and fun!
And your HOT STUFF card makes me smile. (Probably TMI, but that's ok) My husband had some boxers with chili peppers on them once. The kids were young. They made up a song saying something like "Daddy wears chili pepper underwear" and would laugh and laugh. We bought him a tee shirt for Christmas with a bottle of hot sauce that said hot stuff on it. :) I will have to SO CAS this card.
Sending big smiles,
Heather
