I used the NEW OCL Everyday Sentiments set along with Every Heart Beat and Summer Sweets. The frosting is coated with Liquid Applique and chunky crystal glitter....topped with a cherry bling :)
The banner flag is cut from a piece of May Arts NEW 1.5" Twill/Stripes ribbon. LOVE this stuff! I trimmed the cupcake with a piece of the NEW Mini Pom Poms. DOUBLE LOVE!!!
