NOOOO!!! NOT THE RUFFLES!

This week over on the Our Craft Lounge Blog, the challenge is to create a project with ruffles.
YIKES!!!

I'm not really a ruffles kinda girl...but...I think I did pretty dog-gone good. All I did to create my ruffle was slam down a strip of Scor-Tape...drop on a piece of crepe ribbon...do some pinching...and BAM!  RUFFLES!!  SUPER easy...just the way I like it!

I used my Spring Sketches Set from OCL.  Easy stamping & cutting!  Again...just the way I like it!  OH...of course I HAD to add some glitter.

Glitter makes EVERYTHING better

I actually had fun making the ruffles...so I made 3 cards! Git-R-Done!  All using the same stamp set. So check back here on my blog for the other 2 cards later this week.  In the meantime...why don't YOU join the challenge.  Get all the details HERE.

Recipe:
Stamps - Our Craft Lounge Spring Sketches
Paper - American Crafts,  A Muse Studio
Ink - Clearsnap Vivid!; Memento Tuxedo Black
Misc. - May Arts Ribbon; Our Craft Lounge Glitter Lemon Drop Yellow; Scor-Tape; 3D-Foam Tape; Glue Pen

  1. Ruffles have ridges and so does your card. You must tell us if your ruffles stay adhered to the card or if my score tape is just really lousy. I suspect the latter.... great card, love the ribbon!
