New Elzybells Challenges

Another Excuse To Stamp!

OK...I really don't need an excuse to stamp...I do it cause I LOVE IT! Everyone knows how much I love challenges...right?! Well....when I found some a challenge by the Design Team over on the Elzybells Blog...I jumped right on it.

Here's sketch challenge #1:

What an awesome sketch! Think of all the things you can do with it. I print off my favorite sketches and keep them handy in a folder. This one's going in that folder :)

I grabbed my Elzybells stamps and came up with this:

And on the inside:

Once again I used the clear set from Elzybells called Everyday Greetings. Since the words "are" and "shopping" weren't in that set...I just inked up letters from other words and spelled them out. Git-er-done :)

Pretty much you can see what I did on the card. Chalk inks around the edges of layers. Main image is popped up on dimensionals. Coloring done with Prismacolor and Copic Markers. The stamp on the inside of card has a little sparkle from my Spica GlitterPen.

Recipe:
Stamps - Elzybells Art Stamps Shopaholic, Everyday Greetings Clear Set
Paper -
Bazzill Textured cardstock, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Colorbok Patterened Paper
Ink -
Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black, Clearsnap Colorbox Chalk Warm Red & Deep Green
Misc. -
Copic Markers, Prismacolor Markers, Copic Spica Glitter Pen Clear, Staedtler Triplus Fineliner 0.3 mm, Marvy Uchida Punch, Spellbinders Circle die, Misc Brad & Misc ribbon, SU Silver Cord & Dimensionals.

btw - it's only like 4 months till Christmas!
