Howdy

Hey bloggers!

I had some time to design a few cards this weekend.  Here's one for the Stamp It! Cards Hello Card Challenge in the Moxie Fab World.

The new Paper Smooches Buckaroo stamp set is soooo darn FUN! If you look close at my stamped background, you can see I did the "kissing technique".  First I inked up the Babe Block  stamp with Amethyst ink - then sponged Heather ink around the outer edges.  Next I took the paisley images from the Buckaroo set and "kissed" them to the inked Babe Block.  The "kissing" removes ink from the solid image...creating a mirror image of the paisley designs on the solid stamp. THEN... when I stamped the "kissed" Babe Block on white cardstock, you see the pattern. COOL STUFF!

The boot is stamped on Memory Box cardstock and shaded with Copic markers.  Flowers have White Opal Perfect Pearls added to the centers.   I scored a frame on the card base - then sponged on some brown ink.
Thanks for stopping by!

Love this one, too!! If it wasn't always so damn hot there, I could totally see you wearing cowboy boots! LOL Cool kissing technique, too. That one always intimidates me. Super cute, chica!
