House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge

Charming Christmas Trees

Hey there House Mouse lovers...I'm FINALLY getting around to posting my project. I was busy shopping at a local bead store and having lunch with my friend. YEP...that's right...I said SHOPPING at a BEAD STORE! It's another one of my hobbies (addictions). I HAD to go!! Why? 45% OFF SALE....that's why!!! Oh boy did we have a good time today! It's amazing how much fun stuff can fit in a little paper sack!
Money GIT-R-DONE!!!!

Now let's get on with today's challenge:

House Mouse & Friends Challenge #84 - Charming Christmas Trees.
America came up with this fun challenge. Anything goes - just make sure to use your House Mouse images and stick with a Christmas theme. PLUS...it would be EXTRA SPECIAL if you could use a charm on your project in honor of America and her HUGE love of charms. Get all the challenge and prize details HERE - plus see the amazing creations our design team came up with. HAVE FUN!

I decided to make a tag, since I have been drooling all over Tim Holtz blog with his 12 tags of Christmas.

All coloring done with Prismacolor Pencils & Gamsol. I did a bunch of distress inking and stamping to create the background on the tag. Glitter on the snowflakes, tree and candle flame - Gold Flower Soft on the Tree - Matte glaze on the candle drippings - Spica Glitter pen on the candle stick holder and candle flame.

A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to America for providing me with this totally adorable image AND the snowflake charm.
