Sweet Christmas Wishes

As promised...here's my project

House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge #85 - Aperture
This week our challenge is hosted by Christine. Create a card with an opening, such as a hole, a gap, or a slit. See all the design team creations, challenge details AND prize info. HERE.

My card has a punched circle under where the sentiment is. I added some yummy chunky glitter around the edge of the the punched out area. The candy canes are all popped up and then colored over with a clear glaze pen. Sentiment is embossed with Silver Glitter Clear embossing powder. All coloring done with Prismacolor pencils.

Somehow I have a new and improved blogger format selected. It's driving me bonkers!
I will have to come back on here and fix up my post...along with adding the recipe for my card. A few days before Christmas is NOT the time to learn a new way to post on my blog...THAT'S for sure!

Hi Lori, everyone put's themselves under so much pressure around the holidays, so much to do, so little time to do it, it's sometimes hard to enjoy it......... Love your card, those candy canes look good enough to eat, and the little guy thinks so too! Beautiful coloring and the chunky glitter looks great. Wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year. Hope you find some time to just relax and enjoy.

Hugs, Sue Drees
